Mona, Spike, and Anya want out on the deck so much. The little lizard or gecko or whatever is bluey black and about 5" long, and, unlike most of the things the cats think they want to catch, they probably could catch this one.



Their tails were switching back and forth in time, like a trio of metronomes.

I have it on good authority that lizards are Not Tasty so you can tell them that, not that it'll be any consolation for them.

I think it was the catching they were interested in. The eating was just a bonus. And they eat bugs and capet fuzz; their palates are not refined. :)
