OK! Ten fictional people I would sleep with

1. Gee, let me think. Jin, maybe? Long hair, glasses, the whole quiet, brooding, chivalrous warrior demeanour - can you say "Made to ellie's specifications?" *sigh* And the fact that he seems to have no idea what being in love is really all about or what to do when he thinks he is just makes him all the more endearing.
2. Chandler Bing. Not so much my type physically (though I do love me some dark hair and blue eyes), but insanely my type personality-wise.
3. Marcus Cole. See: Jin, but subtract the glasses and add "smexy British accent."
4. And Susan Ivanova. But not at the same time. Jeez, people. :) My biggest crush thus far on a girl was on Claudia Christian.
5. Stephen Maturin. Oh, I love him so. Whenever I read those books I spend most of the time wanting to hug him.
6. Howell Jenkins. I'm reminded of a time when my mom and I were talking about good looks on a scale of 1 to 10 and theorized that you should never have someone be canonically a 10 without making their looks a plot point - Howl and Buttercup in the Princess Bride being prime examples of this. (Movieverse Howl is an 11, though. Jaysus. There is nothing that pretty in real life.) Also, Welsh accents are just about the sexiest on earth.
7. I have long cherished a love for Fence in Pamela Dean's Secret Country books. You hear a lot about him before you actually meet him in the narrative, and the main characters are a bit disappointed because he's younger than they think he should be and kind of shabby. That amuses me, because he sounds adorable and has quite the cute personality too.
8. My inner fourteen-year-old is madly in love with Edward Elric. My inner eleven-year-old would love to hold hands with Al. My inner thirty-one-year-old thinks Roy Mustang is teh sex.
9. Book!Faramir! *squees like a fangirl*
10. And Sam in Benny and Joon, because there has to be a Johnny Depp character on here somewhere, and while I love Gilbert Grape, the hair and the hat and the whole Buster Keaton thing here kind of win. Johnny Depp is staying at peak hotness the longest of anyone, ever, doncha think?
