It's so part of my headcanon that if Near decides he wants someone, WHOA NELLY THE BOY IS HOT. :D I don't think he's repressed (I mean: the way most people seem to, not you; that was unclear). I think he's picky. I think if he decided someone was worth the effort of seducing, they would end up melted into a happy, happy puddle.
