I'm corresponding with someone who knows about as much English as I know Japanese. This is as difficult as it sounds. I thought I would write to her in Japanese and make it easier on her. However, I am clueless.
I have some basic stuff:
お手紙ありがとう。
私は日本語にかきます。
Which I'm pretty sure says "Thank you for your letter. I'll write in Japanese."
What I can't quite get to is "I'm sorry if my Japanese is bad." Help? Probably
wintersweet?
Oh, I think i got it:
私は日本語をとても下手に話しますすみません。
= I'm sorry I speak Japanese badly? Maybe?
