Having watched a bit of "I Love the 90s, part deux," I think I can say without fear of contradiction that Michael Ian Black is the least funny person on the planet.
My heart just broke in two, crumbled, and is running away in pieces. Crying.
I haven't seen his work on I Love the 90s II but absolutely adore him on everything else. He's number-three on my "freebie" list based on wit alone. Wit, and forearms.
