I went for a checkup and got a lecture about smoking, which is only to be expected. For some reason, doctors never buy the "being vegan balances out smoking" argument. :-P

It's such a beautiful thing that the Yankees got no-hit. I watched the end of it and was amazed that the fans at Yankee Stadium were pulling for the Astros pitchers. That's when you know something special is happening.
