Oct. 4th, 2007 11:27 amWork has been crazy busy lately. I was supposed to have two books shipping this Friday, but now I have none. I have two going 10/19 instead.
My family is down in Disney World this week, and I have to say I'm kind of glad I didn't go. I mean, I love them and all, but I think I kind of like them more when they're a couple thousand miles away. And I definitely like them more when I don't have to ride in a car with them for 8 hours, with my mom bitching at me for smoking every time I do it, and stay in a hotel room with 'em, and get up at the crack of fucking dawn to walk around all day in 80-degree heat.
Ooh, I'm a cheery ray of sunshine, la la la.
I actually am more cheerful than I've been in a while. I've been reasonably productive with writing (though not a tenth as productive as I wish I were), I've started having Anime Tuesday! with my friend Kisha, and hey, the Red Sox are in the playoffs. :-) Now if I could just win a million dollars and move back to Seattle, I should be perfectly satisfied.
Also: this thing cracks my shit up every time and gives me much happy. Hee, Mello's expressions are win.
