Oh, nephew, WHY SO CUTE?
Oct. 9th, 2008 06:14 pmI went to my parents' house to see the kidlets. Tiny Niece was sleeping, but Little Man was bouncing around. He is obsessed with the alphabet. He has lots of toy sets of letters, one of which is magnetized, and he'll move them back and forth between the fridge and the front of the dishwasher (in order; he's an anal retentive child like I was), singing as he does, of course.
He also has a foam set that floats in the bathtub, and he had them in the back of a little dumptruck. He rolled the truck into the kitchen and dumped out the letters, then came over to me and grabbed my hand and said "Aunt ellie do!" So I had to let him bodily drag me over, and put the letters in order. We couldn't find the H, and Little Man wandered into the living room, saying, "H, where are you?" :D
My mom told me another cute thing he did: he had two baseballs, one normal size and one a big novelty one, and he was carrying them both around. He dropped the smaller one, and it rolled under the table, and he said, "The lowercase ball went away!" Hee.
