I know some people who are off the deep end with the BPAL, and I'm usually not. But when I saw I couldn't get any more Dublin, there was woe. At least they still have Morgause. I don't think it's quite synesthesia, but I associate scents with colors pretty strongly. Morgause smells gold and cherry-red, and ages well over the course of the day. Dublin smells like grey and evergreen, and like Seattle. Kind of like Seattle smells, but more like it feels.

Work is crazy. If I never see another equation in Word, it will be too soon.

Oh wow, didn't realize you were into BPAL.

*is a bit of a deep-ender*

I didn't realize you were into BPAL either! I used to be obsessed (I probably have well over 50 5mls bottles kicking around). The thing with me though is that I go through it extremely slowly. Maybe I just don't put enough on? I have never run out of a 5ml bottle before. I was sad though that they discontinued my favorite scent -- Vinland, the first bottle I ever purchased and the one I wear the most. But what the hell. I still have almost the entire bottle left. XD

Re: the comment thread above -- the Dublin oil was described by the site as evoking "misty forests, damp alder leaf, and the gentlest touch of white rose." ;) Most likely they were envisioning a Dublin of ages past when they came up with it, heh.
