This was very interesting! I-I don't know if it left me with a happy or a sad feeling; perhaps a mixture of both. Their conversation is funny, but there's something deeply wrong and sad in the fact that Near will always be talking to a ghost, and that only after Mello dies they can reach some sort of truce and cooperate together.
Oh Near, you're so messed up... and I love him for it.
