darklunaI've already made the vegan sour cream, but have yet to grate the potatoes. Doing a lot of cooking lately. I don't know if this is indicatative of some sort of subliminal something. Probably I just like to cook. And I got a spiffy beautiful 8" Global chef knife that makes mincing stuff so lovely and fun. It's just like the one the ChefBoy took with him when I kicked him out. I missed that knife. This weekend I made: semirefried black beans with roasted cumin and arbol chiles, yum!; hot salsa; peanut butter mousse cake. And now the latkes.
The Big, Evil Company has screwed me over again and cut off my contract way early due to lack of stuff for me to do. I'm not going to work for them anymore unless they make me real. No more second-class status where I'm not allowed to have a phone. No more Veal Fattening Pen. They can fuck off and die.
I am able to say so thus insouciantly because I kept my second job all along. They are nice and quite non-evil.
