I think I found a condo to buy.

I'll have to see it in person, of course, but it's in my price range, right number of bedrooms, "pet friendly," and best of all? Spitting distance from my evil twin and Coffee Messiah.

I don't drink coffee, but my condo in Boulder was right across the street from a coffee shop that in addition to coffee made these wonderful de-caf chais. I'm missing them as I write -- regular, vanilla and chocolate.
