The bunny, the bunny, oh I love the bunny

I think my Inuyasha plotbunny can't actually happen.
I reread some relevant chapters. My idea depended on Kagura having gone to the next world, and I think she didn't. I think she just sort of...dispersed. But I also think the big gust of wind at the end of the chapter where Tenseiga gets its new ability means that her personality still exists.
I still find it really interesting that in that chapter, Kagura was almost the first thing Sesshoumaru thought of when he discovered what Tenseiga's new power does.
It also occurs to me that he could get his arm back now, though that depends on whether Inu-papa's tomb being in the next world is: a. my own crackpot theory, b. fanon, or c. the truth. Yes, Inuyasha's carrying it around, but couldn't one also get there by cutting a path? It looked like all tombs and those skeleton bird thingies in there.
Anyway, the plot bunny has stopped hopping on me, and that's OK. I have no work to do, so I get to sit here and try to put myself in the mind of a 2300-year-old fire spirit who's at his wit's end. :-)
Title side note: A long time ago,
hissilliness and I came up with a list of which contemporary bands should cover Veggie Tales songs. To this day, when I have "The Bunny Song" in my head, what I'm actually hearing is Nick Cave singing it. (And yes, it is the wicked, sinful version.)
