Last night a thunder storm rolled through - unfortunately, there were only about seven and a quarter very small rain drops, despite hours of rumbling and a really good effort to get things started.

I broke down and started dragging buckets of water out to as many of the newly planted trees while my daughter did the same to about half her garden.

Usually that kind of effort usually results in decent rainfall for a few days afterwards - only other surefire raindance is to wash your car.
