Buying a house is hard. Matt and I have two incomes and couldn't do it where we are now. Matt wants to become an agent, so maybe somewhere down the road he could help you out.
Look on the bright side. You've got a job still, and even if its only one, its more than some have.
Yeah; I realize that I am actually very spoiled in the grand scheme of things. I just really needed to vent my disappointment at finding out it was going to take me a lot longer than I'd hoped to save up for a down payment.
