I'm musically challenged on my computer. No speakers. And no iPod, though I crave one. I do wish the cheaper ones came in black instead of those icky sherbety colors. :-(

I like this meme, though, so I'll just go down the stack of CDs by my little boombox and take a line from a song on each. Correct guessers can make a writing-type wish I shall try to fulfill. Or just take a gold star and a cookie. :)

I've been thinking about my various fanfic pieces and how I never post them. I think it's because I either don't feel I have anything to add to canon, or that what I would like to see happen has already been written by people who just seem to get it better. How can I write Marauders-era fic when the shoebox_project is so much cooler than what I could do? Why bother with Draco-as-reluctant-good-guy when Transfigurations is out there? Sigh.
