Feb. 28th, 2008 12:03 pmI took Cute Cheerful Barista Guy my standard Wrens sampler mix yesterday, since he has really good taste in music, but hadn't heard them. He was all thrilled. Now I feel share-y.

isrephael, probably, but also a very lovely song in general, here's a Vienna Teng track in Chinese: Green Island Serenade.
This was a pain in the ass to get, so have the Rattle & Hum version of With Or Without You as an actual MP3.
This keeps giving me the iconing equivalent of plot bunnies: Two-Headed Boy, part 2 by Neutral Milk Hotel.
A PJ Harvey song I end up raiding for MM titles a lot: Big Exit. See the children, sharp as knives, oh yes.
I'm going to dye my hair blue today. It's been a while since it was anything other than red or purple, and I've been too lazy to bleach it out first, so it hasn't been really good red or purple, even. When I was buying supplies, I spotted this deep, dark, bloody red nail polish (really more like black with a metallic red sheen), and my inner Mello immediately said Buy me a coat that color. He is determined to be my outer Mello, I think. I bought him the nail polish instead. (The WIP has eated my brain, so he hangs around in my head sometimes too. It's approaching 6000 words, yikes. My fic never gets that long. Still need to figure out some of the mystery plot points.)
