Something about this story has me second-guessing myself all over the place. I put in subplots, and take 'em out, and put 'em back in. I mess mess mess with it, and still feel half-tempted to throw my hands up and trash the whole thing. Difficult plot is difficult.

So I have a question for you, my lovelies: Doing it wrong: y/n? (I'm very thick-skinned when it comes to my writing [been doing it since I was 5, yo], so don't hesitate to say something isn't working. I won't cry!) OOH! And I think some of the actual plot is going to change, but it doesn't affect this section too much.

Dear Remixer,

I assume we were matched on Death Note. If you don't like the second half, you're pretty pissed at me right now, huh? Sorry!

I know there's not as much fic to work with as there could be. Sorry about that, too.

Random thoughts that might help, possibly, I hope. Feel free to totally ignore them if you like. This is my first remix, so sorry if specific notes like these are frowned upon. ('k, I'll stop apologizing now! My secret dread is that you took one look at my stuff and said, "Oh, man, what I have gotten into?") Anyway:

"Lullaby for a Stormy Night" and "Though My Hands Are Hauling Ceaselessly" are the two longest stories, and thus have the most actual plot to play with.

There are a lot of empty spaces in "Five Secret Passageways."

I've sometimes considered writing a follow-up to "Soldier of the Vacuum" to explore how AU!Matt handles everything.

But, really, do whatever you want with any story you want. If the Harry Potter or FMA story happens to strike your fancy, that's perfectly fine.

I really hope you have fun and don't want to strangle me too much. Best of luck to you!

xoxo,
darkluna
