My size 8 jeans fit again! :D I wouldn't quite wear them out in the public, as they're still a little snug, but they go on and zip just fine. Yays!

Poor Lewis-Bird (who is a cat) has an ear infection. The vet put this weird new stuff in his ear. It's medicated goop, bascially, that hardens and then comes out with all the wax and junk. Ick, but kinda cool. I almost wish they made it for people ears.

I am fighting a crossover plot bunny involving Thursday Next trying to recruit L to work at Jurisfiction. Yeah, I need 18 WIPs. :-p ("18" is my standard shorthand for "an unspecified amount of a lot," but in this case, I think it's the actual number, gah.)

If you haven't read the Thursday Next series by Jasper Fforde, I highly recommend it. It's meta and funny and awesome. :-) Jurisfiction is like their law-enforcement agency inside fiction. They have a giant library and can go into almost any book ever.
