Having watched a bit of "I Love the 90s, part deux," I think I can say without fear of contradiction that Michael Ian Black is the least funny person on the planet.

I think he has his moments. Sometimes it feels like he's trying too hard, but I find that when he's on, he's ON. At least he's better than most of the celebrities that they put on there.
