Having watched a bit of "I Love the 90s, part deux," I think I can say without fear of contradiction that Michael Ian Black is the least funny person on the planet.

You're must not be old enough to remember the show The State. I've liked that guy since that show. I think MIB is a very funny guy, but I have only seen a few minutes of the 90's show. His Johnny Bluejeans character on Viva Variety was only so-so, and his recent softdrink commercials with that portly character actor guy are pretty amusing to me.
