Anyway, let's start the new year off right; The problem with LJ: we all think we are so close, but really, we know nothing about each other. So I want you to ask me something you think you should know about me. Something that should be obvious, but you have no idea about. Ask away.

Also, it's my birthday today. :-) I've decided I'll be 26. (Not to be conceited, but I look it. It's a benefit of having moisturized obsessively since the age of 22. And I kind of won the genetic lottery with a maternal grandmother who looked like this. I didn't inherit her beautiful features, but I have her to thank for my complexion.)

One True Pairing:
a. OTP as in "I honestly believe it's canonically true even if they don't come right out and say so": Mello/Matt

One True Threesome: Mello/Matt/Near

One True Crack!Threesome: Durrr. I dunno. My crack!fic, if I ever get back to it, is probably going to have Matt/Near/Misa. Hee. Or possibly something involving Sally. She is a magic car.

One True Foursome: Mello/Matt/L/hair dryer, duh!

Canon fave: Death Note fails at canon ships, but I always find myself kinda hoping Matsuda will go find Sayu after it's all over. He does canonically like her.

Makes no canon sense but why the hell not: The idea of Light/Matt amuses me. It would be like complicated masturbation.

Everyone else loves it but I just don't feel it: L/Light

When all is said and done: I really just like to mix up the second-generation Wammy's kids and see what happens. I adore Mello/Matt, but I hate to leave Near out, since I love him with a burning and inappropriate passion. (And in a world where I felt noeven less shame, I would be up-front about the whole "I don't ship L with anyone, because he's for me" thing.)

Guilty Pleasure: I don't feel guilty about anything. I'm a perv. :D

Older/Younger fave: I'm intrigued by L/Mello, but I can't quite make it non-squicky.

My first: I started with L/Light because that was what I found when I first got into the fandom. I hate Light, though. The first fic I wrote was Mello/Matt.

I'm skipping the devotion!ship etc. questions. I don't really label ships. I either like 'em or I don't.

Happy birthday. I recommend cleaning your face with oil as a way to keep the good skin going. Also, I hope the kitties will make you a cake and you somehow managed to not notice that i made a typo in the e-card I sent you. :)

What typo? ;-) Olive oil cleanser is awesome, yes. I hope if the kitties do make me something, they remember the difference between people fud and cat fud. I can just see Mona saying, "Look, food lady! Duck mush! It's good for you!"
