darklunaSo, so sleepy! Stayed up late playing, then couldn't sleep once I got in bed. :( And the proofreader on one of my books did about 400 pages over the weekend, which I now have to look at.
But I can has bubble tea, hurrah! My little kit arrived! (Those of you who've been around a while know that my love for things that come in little kits will never die.) I have taro, honeydew, papaya, kiwi, and peach. And the straws I got are purple!

Date: 2008-06-09 05:58 pm (UTC)The mail-order pearls had to be boiled too, and they aren't pre-sweetened. You need to soak them a simple syrup, or you can use honey, which is what I did, and it worked fine.
